"Lots of menu choices, including "specials". I think I would describe as good comfort food. The service is where they really shine. You order at the counter, but they keep checking on you to see if everything is ok or if you need anything else."

"Chicken fried chicken was really good. Just wish portions were bigger. Pork tenderloin is well worth the price. Noticed everyone was ordering sandwiches and fries so next trip I'll try those. Nice place overall."

"The owner was the only server when we were in on a Friday lunch. She was hustling to help everyone in the dining room. It took a bit longer, but she never needed to be reminded of a request or something she said she'd bring. Also, she worked diligently to social distance the guests and keep everything well beyond our comfort level. Now the good part, the food. All of the food was great, hand cut fries of several varieties. My pork tenderloin sandwich was clearly hand breaded and cooked well. Everyone was pleased with their choice. If we're ever in the neighborhood again, we're coming back."
